Café Ala Carte's advertising program will guide our franchisees in the right direction to insure maximum market penetration of the Café Ala Carte system our focus is to give our franchisees the necessary tools to achieve their success. To attain this each franchisee will blanket their primary designated territory with the proven marketing techniques and procedures of the system. The advertising program is essential in building the reputation and brand recognition of the Café Ala Carte name. The system will ultimately benefit all our franchisees.

Q. Can I sell my Café Ala Carte franchise or transfer my franchise?
A. Yes. You can sell your Café Ala Carte franchise or transfer your franchise with our prior consent as outlined in the UFOC.

Q. What form of continuing operational guidance will I receive from
Café Ala Carte?
A. Your Café Ala Carte representative is available to consult with you in all areas of operations, marketing, and administration. In addition, the operations manual covers many important facets of the mobile
Café Ala Carte system and serves as an invaluable tool.

Q. What training do I receive as a new franchisee?
A. Initially, you and or the cafe manager will be required to attend a one (1) week training program at the Café Ala Carte head quarters in Weston, FL. The program consists of classroom instruction, field training and will include all necessary information to run an efficient Café Ala Carte operation.

Q. Do I receive guidance on the purchase of inventory and supplies?
A. Yes. High quality products are the cornerstones of this business. Our purchasing department offers support and guidance in choosing high quality suppliers at competitive rates that meet or exceed our standards.

Q. How much is the franchise fee?
A. The franchise fee is twenty five thousand ($25,000,00) dollars U.S.D. for a territory population of 250,000.

Q. Can I purchase a larger territory?
A. Yes.

Q. What is the term of the Franchise Agreement?
A. The term of the franchise agreement is ten (10) years.

Q. How much is the continuing royalty fee?
A. The continuing royalty fee is 5% of gross sales over the amount of $6,000.00 a month.
